4 Causes of Panic and Anxiety Attacks That You Should Know About

When an individual suffers the effects associated with high stress levels, he or she is also more likely to have attacks.  Stressed people can experience rapid heart rates, profuse sweating, upset stomachs and digestive issues, lack of mind clarity, an inability to focus and/or concentrate, and stressed people also suffer from insomnia and sleep disturbances as well as breathing related issues.If you really want to eliminate the triggers to your panic attacks then you need to work at reducing the anxiety in your life.

Suspected Cause #3: Illegal Drug Use

There are illegal drugs that are cited for the onset of anxiety and panic attacks too.  The use of drugs like Ecstasy, marijuana, which  can induce issues related to paranoia, and stimulant usage, like the use of cocaine, are cited as causes of panic attacks.Drugs in general should try and be avoided, but especially illicit drugs that do strange things to you mind, since this can be the main reason you are suffering from your feelings of anxiety and being on edge.

Suspected Cause #4:  Circumstantial Instigation

Sometimes, specific situations and different environmental factors can serve as causes of panic attacks.People that do stressful jobs or have stress hobbies can be constantly in a state of high anxiety, this is not healthy and this situation should be addressed as soon as possible.When you are repeatedly in stressful situations it is likely that you will be constantly in a state of high anxiety.If you can make your first priority to get your life under control and your house in order then the likelihood of you having a panic attack decreases because there will be less stressors.
